ADMISSION TO UNIVERSITIES USING IJMBE RESULTS
Candidates who have successfully completed the IJMBE may
seek Direct Entry (DE) admission into 200 Level in any Nigerian university
through the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB). Candidates may also use
the IJMBE results, being an advanced Level qualification similar to Cambridge
or London Advanced Level qualifications, to seek admission into foreign
universities.
The criteria for admission into Nigeria Universities re
jointly coordinated by Joint Admissions Matriculation Board(JAMB) and the
Universities, IJMB products should therefore be conversant with the admission
requirements as contained in the JAMB brochure. However, some of the criteria
often employed for admission include candidate’s total grade point ( cut-off
point) ; course and university of choice; university catchment area and
candidate’s state of origin.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE
PROGRAMME?
a. Students seeking admission into any university.
b. Students who fail JAMB/ Post JAMB exam.
C. Students who passed JAMB/ Post JAMB exam but unable to
gain admission
d. Students who did not sit for JAMB/ UTME exam at all.
e. Students with deficiency in English or Mathematics
f. Students who just graduated from SSS 3
g. Students awaiting results
